We throw parties for every transition that matters: birthdays, new jobs, housewarmings, new motherhood, weddings, graduations. So why not the one that matters most, menopause. If that confuses you, let me take you on a journey, then let's party!
We've been told the wrong story. We've been told menopause is an ending: the signpost for decline. It's time to torch that story and let the true one rise from the ashes. See the science that proves menopause is a beginning. Discover what you actually want for the rest of your life. Then pop the champagne or sparkling juice, because we're celebrating the transition into your wisdom and leadership phase.
Join us for the Wise Women Meno-Party.
Step One: Watch a Film With Transcendent Science
On your own time online before Sept. 28
Here's the first thing to know: menopause is not a transition into decline. It's a transition into your wise woman phase of life. That instinct you already carry, the one whispering that you have experience, knowledge, and once you're through this hard patch, the know-how to use and transmit that wisdom: that instinct is right. And it's about to be backed by science that will make you want to stand up and cheer.
Wise Women: Humanity's Untold Origins is the documentary that proves it. It challenges the medical assumption that menopause represents decline, drawing on leading anthropologists, geneticists, neurologists, and other experts to reveal the new science of women's innate and evolutionary leadership potential.

Step Two: Join Fellow Meno-Travelers for a Clearing Discussion
On Zoom, Monday, Sept. 28, 6 to 7:30pm ET
Join film producer and menopause educator Dominique Debroux for a virtual discussion of what this science means for you, and what this transition is here to show you.
Uncover the passions, goals, and desires our society taught you to hide. Reclaim the voice you were told to swallow. Get in touch with the capabilities already inside you, and start naming, out loud, what you want to be and do for the rest of your life. Bring tissues. Bring your sass. You'll need both.
Step Three: A Night of Meno-Celebration at Humorville
Tuesday, Sept. 29, 7 to 9pm
164 Meserole Street, Brooklyn, NY 11206
(Montrose L Train)
HumorVille is the award-nominated Tourist Attraction for your Heart, an immersive experience of self-expression and connection in community, located in Brooklyn, NY. This is where it all lands: what you uncovered on the Zoom becomes something you feel in your body, on your feet, in your laughter. Themed for a small town, HumorVille is a guided journey through your own aspirations. In the marriage bureau, you marry your self. In the voting booth, you become President of what you care about, and much more.
Through joy, camaraderie, and full sensory participation with other kindred spirits, you integrate and embody your own truth and treasure - the woman you now are becoming and her ripple effect. Glitter optional. Joy mandatory.
Menopause made us human once. Now it's calling you to lead. Come find out what you're leading toward. Bring your girlfriends. Bring your voice. Bring your appetite for more life.
