In the way she remembers truth when connecting to her body.
And in the way we soften when we gather together.

The Womb Way is an in-person women’s circle designed to reconnect you to this remembrance.
A space to release what you’ve been holding, receive nourishment, and return to being guided by your inner wisdom.

Together, we will journey through:

🌹 Opening Cacao Ceremony
A heart-softening ritual that invites presence, grounding, and emotional safety.

🌹 Womb Massage & Somatic Release
Gentle, trauma-informed touch and breathwork techniques that support pelvic circulation, lymphatic flow, and neural down-regulation. You will be guided to honour your womb space and allow your nervous system to unwind.

🌹 Guided Meditation & Womb Connection Practice
Drop into the deeper layers of your body, meet your inner voice, and explore the subtle messages your womb has been holding for you.

🌹 Sacred Circle Sharing
Witnessing and being witnessed in full authenticity. No fixing. No performing. Just truth, compassion, and sisterhood.

This space is for all women, with or without a physical womb.
It honours the energetic womb - the seat of intuition, creation, power, and remembrance.

About Your Facilitators

Emily Paterson - Somatic Breathwork Therapist, Womb Guide
Emily works at the intersection of science and ancient feminine wisdom. Through somatic breathwork, womb healing, and nervous system education, she supports women to come home to their bodies, reclaim their voice, and remember their power.

Jayne Martin - Womb & Fertility Massage Therapist & Spirit Baby Guide
Jayne specialises in womb massage, abdominal therapy, and channeling messages from spirit babies. Her practice focuses on restoring balance to the pelvic space, supporting menstrual health, fertility, digestion, and emotional release through hands-on care and intuitive presence.
