The Wonderful World of Weeds with Pat Collins

Join us as we learn how to make Wild Weed Ointment with Pat Collins. Pat is a well known herbalist who heads up the Total Health and Education Centre in Muswellbrook. She has her own range of herbal products and has written 8 books on weeds and their uses.

During this visit we will help Pat weed and mulch her garden and then get together and make up a Wild Weed Ointment. You will be able to take home a small batch of the ointment.

You will learn all about numerous weeds and their uses from Pat so its sure to be an educational and fun day.

There is no cost for members.

Please bring something for lunch to share. Something to share for morning tea would also be nice. Tea and coffee will be supplied. If you have excess produce or plants/similar to share, please bring these along for the swap table.

Enclosed footwear is essential. Bring your own gardening gloves, hat, sunscreen and drinking water.

Please note: Yarrawa Hall is off Yarrawa Road. Turn left on to Ferndale Road, 500m ahead.
