The Wooden Box Band Play The Shed

The Wooden Box Band are known as Wellington's folk darlings. This six piece outfit has been writing and playing music around Wellington and beyond since the 2000s and has just released their latest album, Broken River. 

The album grew out of a time of loss and confronting circumstances faced by band members,  society as a whole, and the natural environment over the past few years. Personal experiences are made universal with beautiful harmonies and soaring guitars and trumpet. 

Think electric energetic folk with an eclectic touch, fine melodies, engaging choruses you'll want to sing along to and quite a few smiles along the way.  

Doors open 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
