Tips & Resources for using the Workforce Capability Framework (online)
Event description
The Workforce Capability Framework describes the capabilities needed to deliver high-quality responses across the domestic and family violence, sexual violence, and women’s health and wellbeing sector.
Maybe you’ve heard about it briefly and are wondering how it can support your work. Maybe it’s completely new to you. Or perhaps you’ve already embraced it and would like to share your learnings with others. Either way, we’d love to have you join us for this introductory workshop.
We’ll provide a quick overview of the Workforce Capability Framework and introduce a range of practical resources and tips to help bring it to life in your service. We’ll also show you how to access ongoing tools and support to continue your journey with the Framework.
And then, over to you! Bring your questions, experiences, insights, and strategies — what’s been working in your service? What support would you like?
Let’s learn from one another and strengthen how we use the Workforce Capability Framework across the sector.
