The Year of You! Why Prioritising Yourself Changes the World!

In 2017 Sara was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer! As a solo mum to three children, she knew she had to fight hard. And fight she did! After two rounds of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and faced with years of drug therapy that had hideous side effects, she started to rebuild her life and gain clarity. In January 2021 she wrote herself a letter, gave it to a confidante and promptly forgot about it. When that letter arrived in the mail in November of that year, Sara felt like she was present with herself in a genuine and unapologetic way for the first time in her life. She set out to create what she called "The Year of Me!"

"The Year of Me" has taken Sara to places she didn't think possible, with her health, confidence, relationships and professional life. She started to see a ripple effect on others, and realised that prioritising herself was impacting the world around her in unforeseen ways. She wants to share her story with you so you can create "The Year of You" and not only change you, but leave your legacy.
