Take a deep breath and give yourself permission to slow down.

The Yin Circle is an evening of gentle yin yoga, breathwork, guided meditation and deep rest—a space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself.

Together we’ll move slowly, breathe deeply and settle into long-held yin poses designed to calm the nervous system, release tension and invite stillness. You’ll leave feeling grounded, restored and a little more like yourself.

This is an intimate small-group experience, intentionally limited in size so everyone has space to settle, be supported and simply be.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice, you’re warmly welcome.
