A 1-Day Immersion with Rachel

Join Rachel for a day of deep study and practice as we enter the heart of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtra. The Samādhi Pādaḥoffers us a spectrum of meditations — from breath and mantra to light, compassion, and devotion — each a doorway into the state of yoga.

In this immersion you will:
• Explore key sūtras from the Samādhi Pādaḥ
• Practise a variety of meditations as outlined by Patañjali
• Learn how these classical techniques can be woven into your own sādhana and teaching
• Be supported by sangha in a shared field of practice

This is an invitation to deepen into practice and return to the source of the teachings.
