What does it mean to embody the Wise Woman in today’s world? And what does it look like to honour this sacred transition in our lives? As we move through menopause—the Autumn season of life—are we supported with the care, knowledge, and guidance needed to step into our Second Spring with grace, strength, wellness and empowerment?
In this one-day workshop, we will explore menopause as a rite of passage, and discover how we can support ourselves to embrace the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes it brings. From the view of the Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions, you will learn practices to ease common symptoms such as anxiety, overwhelm, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, hot flushes, and mood swings. We will also explore the hormonal changes and ways to support the nervous system, strengthen muscles, bones, and the pelvic floor, and nourish the adrenals—essential for a smooth and balanced transition.
Together, in a safe and supportive space, we will share our experiences, weave our stories and cultivate a deeper understanding of this powerful rite of passage. This workshop will leave you with practical tools for navigating menopause with more ease and a renewed sense of reverence for this transformative stage of life.
