Young Naturalists will become a Nature Detective by discovering the secret nocturnal adventures of Pamela the Long-nosed Bandicoot (Perameles nasuta) in our Sydney backyards and bushland. ** N.B. Pamela, the Long-nosed Bandicoot©, is a fictional character created by The Young Naturalist for biodiversity investigation.

On the journey

* Solve the clues and decipher the code to identify the plants, fungi and insects Pamela has visited during the night with our magnifying lenses and microscopes.
* V
enture into the forest grids at Sydney Olympic Park to discover the fantastic fungi, incredible insects and diverse plants that provide native habitat for Pamela and our Sydney wildlife.

 Learn Nature Photography, as we focus our Canon cameras on the plants and fungi that create native habitat for wildlife in Sydney Olympic Park.
*
 Become a Citizen Scientist by contributing your photographs to iNaturalist Nature Discovery Projects.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, meaning any cancellation within the 72-hour timeframe may not be re-scheduled. If The Young Naturalist cancels any of its workshops, the refund will follow Humanitix timeframe and policy.
