ABOUT THEATRE GAMES WORKSHOP
The Australian School of Entrepreneurship with support from Logan City Council's KRANK School Holiday Program, invites you to Theatre Games workshop.
Theatre Games, is a hands-on, interactive workshop where young creatives will dive into the world of improv and theatre through engaging activities and drama exercises. The workshop is designed to boost confidence, spark creativity and sharpen quick-thinking skills. Through teamwork and performance, participants will learn to embrace mistakes, think on their feet and have fun in a supportive and energetic environment.
Theatre Games Workshop is designed for students aged 12 to 17 years.
ABOUT THE DAY
During the Theatre Games Workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of acting, improvisation, stage presence, and creative storytelling through performance. Key activities:
Acting Essentials. Explore the basics of acting, including character development, voice and movement.
Improv Play. Jump into fun improvisation games that encourage creativity, quick thinking and confidence on stage.
Expression Lab. Experiment with movement, facial expressions and body language to bring stories and characters to life.
Performance Challenge. Apply your skills in short performances and collaborative theatre games in a supportive environment.
