Join lululemon ambassador and Senior Respiratory Physiotherapist Abby Stewart, aka, The Breathing Physio, for an afternoon where breathing meets connection.
This event is your invitation to learn how to breathe with ease — to enhance your health, performance, reduce anxiety, and unlock calm, control and confidence in both your body and breath.
You’ll learn simple, evidence-informed tools from breathing physiotherapist practice to help:
Optimise your breathing patterns
Reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress and overwhelm
Elevate both wellness and physical performance
We’ll also explore:
The impact of suboptimal breathing on our body and brain in a post-COVID, screen-heavy, anxious world
Why HOW you breathe is often the missing link in achieving physiological calm, connection and confidence
Whether you're a student, parent, weekend warrior, athlete, coach, or just breathing your way through a busy life — this is for you!
No experience needed. Ages 15+.
Bring a friend for the breathing physio group activity, or come solo and join a group on the day!
EVENT SCHEDULE: Mt Smart Stadium Athlete Lounge
🌿 11:45am – Arrive (head down to the red athletics track and you'll see the athlete lounge with the big glass walls — please be prompt!)

🌿12:45pm – Learn Practical Breathing Physio Tools to Breathe with Ease (guided session with The Breathing Physio)
