Allied health clinic owners have it hard, I got to admit. The traditional clinic model, to start with, is not the most profitable business model out there compared to other industries. When there is a price ceiling that is a bit out of our control, advertising restrictions, industry limitations, and therapists shortage, it doesn’t make it easy for us to run our clinics.
There are lots of allied health clinics whose profit margin sits below 10%. That’s a problem.

During those 4 years, I also went on 2 maternity leaves, worked 10 months per year, built a separate coaching business, halfway through completing my Pelvic Health Masters, and took multiple holidays overseas.
It is possible for women to have it all, business, relationships, life… if you want it. Your business is your vehicle to having it all, but you have to own it, and not let it own you.
