Event description

"Spending time in nature is the best road to overall wellbeing, and so good for the soul. I am calmed by the reminder of just how small I am, just how powerful nature is, and just how lucky we all are to be existing on this beautiful Earth."

Nature is the best medicine. Whether it's feeling the warm, winter sun on your face or listening to the whisper of leaves in the wind, connecting to the elements of nature inspires something magical. The Inner Wilds Retreat is an invitation to slow right down. To turn off your phone, leave the city behind and immerse in the song of creation.

Gather around the warmth of the fire for cacao ceremony

The weekend will be enjoyed at an intentional pace, with soul-nourishing practices balanced with time to yourself, to wander in the wilderness, rest and reflect. Our invitational itinerary includes hatha yoga, yin yoga, a medicine song workshop, eco-art foraging and cacao + fire ceremony. There will also be delicious, home-cooked meals to be shared around the table.

Your host, Laura, is a 500+ hour qualified yoga teacher and a wilderness lover. My days are spent teaching yoga, walking in forests, writing poetry and painting. I am delighted to offer this retreat, as an extension of all that I love, brought together by great company! You will held in a nurturing space, guided through gentle self-awakening practices, and most of all invited to immerse in the embrace of nature.
