Carers Queensland is working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver the Local Area Coordination Partner in the Community Program. We offer opportunities to meet face-to-face with people who have an NDIS plan, are considering accessing the NDIS, or simply want to discuss their own or their family's support needs.
