Whether we are conscious of it or not, we are ALL PARTNER DANCING, all the time. The way we move, sit, stand, breath, blink, smile, communicate is all a dance, an expression of our inner state in relation to others.

Andrew Cuerden, a former international professional dancer and coach. He has for many years now also been studying and practicing a variety psycho-somatic modalities that help people understand and transform their lives for the better.

These sessions are an amazing opportunity to gently and compassionately explore, discover and transform unwanted states of being, as well as habits and patterns that no longer serve us. A space in which to more deeply, truly and compassionately; know, appreciate and express oneself.

A process for those curious, courageous and committed enough to look beyond the physical to understand the essence of what is really going-on under the "bonnet" as a human being.
