A monthly gathering for honest conversation, deep listening, and genuine connection.

So often, we spend so much time talking and forget to truly wait for the space in between. The time it takes to process and hear someones truth, and understand their experience fully. This is your invitation!

The Space In Between is a space for people to gather in circle and explore a different theme each month that speaks to the human experience. Whether its belonging, courage, relationships, grief, purpose, joy or something else, find yourself open to the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and one another.

Inspired by the practice of circling, this isn't a discussion, debate, or advice giving group. Instead, we slow down and take turns to hear one another. One person speaks while the rest of the circle simply listens and when they're finished, the next person is invited to share their own experience, or simply pass. There is no pressure to speak and no expectation to have the right answer. Just an opportunity to practise presence, deep listening, and authentic expression in a respectful and welcoming space.

Everything shared within the circle is held with confidentiality and care, helping create an environment where people can show up as they are.

Each gathering begins with ceremonial cacao, followed by a gentle grounding practice before we move into our monthly theme and guided circle.

Whether you come with something on your heart or simply a willingness to listen, you're warmly welcome.
