Schedule:

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Arrival (Please arrive no later than 11:00AM)

10:00 AM - Yoga w/ TBD (optional)

12:00 PM - Opening Circle & Theta Portal Journey

3:30 PM - Closing Circle

4:30 PM - Potluck & Art Integration Activity

Evening - Impromptu Dancing & Community Fire (if permitted TBD)

This event will be entirely outdoors with plenty of space for everyone.

Tea and potable well water will be provided.

Bring plenty of extra layers as it can get both chilly and hot.

Please consider carpooling.

Supplies to bring:

• Yoga mat, blanket or sleeping pad to lie down on

• Tarp in case ground is wet

• Small pillow or neck roll

• Blanket(s) or sleeping bag

• An eye cover (pillowcases work well)

• Your journal (if you wish) 

• Umbrella or shade to cover your head

• Canopy if you have one

• Potluck item

• Your intention for the ceremony

Bonus Cool Stuff:

There are goats and chickens and a very friendly dog onsite.

Kids & Animals:

We know your young kiddos and fur babies are awesome, but this event is not quite the right setting to include them. If you have an older child that is keenly interested in participating, please contact us to discuss. Thanks for understanding!

Refund Policy:

No refunds for any reason. If you cannot come, please pass your ticket off to a friend or donate it to our scholarships for disabled and marginalized folks.

If the event must be canceled due to weather, we will refund your tickets minus processing fees.
