They waited.... oral storytelling

'They waited....' - Story Swap

Free Online Oral Storytelling Event - hosted by Australian Storytellers NSW

They waited… for a sign, a stranger, a ship, a miracle.

Some waited patiently. Others had no choice. Some waited far too long. And some discovered that what they were waiting for had been waiting for them all along.

Join us for a collection of folktales, fairy tales, historical stories, personal stories, and creative fantasies, where every story must include the words: “They waited…” “He waited…” or “She waited…”

But what were they waiting for? And what happened when the waiting was finally over?

The stories are told, not read.

This is a free online event organised by the Australian Storytelling Guild (NSW).
