    Event description

"Right Kind of Wrong: Thriving in an Uncertain World"

The path to success is paved with intelligent failures. Yet most organizations are torn between two “failure cultures”: one that says failure is not an option, and the other that says fail fast, fail often. Both stances fail to recognize the crucial distinctions that separate intelligent failure from sloppy work.

In this Think Better talk, Harvard's Amy Edmondson will present a new way of thinking about failure and show how to minimize unproductive failures while maximizing discovery from intelligent ones.
