Thinking Green: Firewise Gardening

Create a beautiful, bushfire-wise garden that thrives all year round.

Join Debbie Screen, keen gardener and City of Swan Community Fire and Emergency Management Officer, to learn about Firewise garden design, waterwise plant selection and practical ways to prepare and manage your garden through summer.

Discover simple changes you can make to help reduce bushfire risk while creating an attractive, healthy and resilient garden.

Debbie has kindly agreed to raffle all the display plants she uses on the day. Everyone who attends will receive a raffle ticket and the winner at the conclusion of the workshop will be able to take the plants home with them!

This event is free, but please register for a ticket to secure your place.
