Thinking Green: thriving gardens, dry climates in Caversham

Please note that this program is suitable for adults and young people over 12.
Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
Water and community gardens. A workshop for all home gardeners and community gardens curious to know more about waterwise practices, water catchments including the importance of water source and how to increase the water holding capacity of Perth's soil, including the sandy stuff!
We will also chat about community gardens and gardening, where to start, different models and the benefits of connecting as a part of a community garden.
Light refreshments will be available.
Cultivating Caversham Green Thumbs offer a shared garden book and magazine table for participants to add and take from. If you have any gardening books and magazines you would like to give, you're welcome to bring them to the event.
