Visible mending and weaving on denim

Transform your worn denim into unique, wearable art with visible mending and weaving techniques!

Rebecca, an experienced textile artist and educator will teach you how to repair and personalise your favourite denim pieces using creative stitching and weaving techniques. This workshop is perfect for beginner crafters and will provide you with a starting point to further your learning on mending and create wearable art with your clothing.

What to bring:
  • Two to three denim pieces in need of repair i.e. jeans, jackets, shirts, skirts etc.
  • Scissors for cutting thread and cotton.
