Moana Vā - Navigators of Pacific Pride has recently celebrated their 3rd birthday. Vui Suli shares insight on the vision, genesis, journey, highlights, and challenges of this Christchurch-based Pacific Rainbow+ organization.

Vui Suli Tuitaupe is of Sāmoan heritage, born and raised in Ōtautahi, Aotearoa. Bestowed a chief title, Vui, from his mother's village of Leauva'a in 2022, founder and chair of Moana Vā – Navigators of Pacific Pride, a collective that supports and empowers Pacific Rainbow+ communities. Moana Vā as a collective, supports, advocates, empowers, mentors, and strengthens MVPFAFF+, LGBTQIA+, and Rainbow+ communities locally and globally.
