Third Eye: Intuition, Instincts & Insights

This month we are focusing on the third eye chakra and how we can increase our ability to see clearly and listen to our natural instinctual communication so that we can take more aligned actions in our lives.

Event schedule:

7pm-8:30pm: We will begin with a check-in and then Dawn will guide you in opening your third eye through feeling into your body, expanding your bodily awareness and quieting the mind. Then Leah will lead you through a guided process and sound healing to expand your third eye and become aware of any blocks preventing you from listening to and following your internal guidance.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. 

Yoga mats & blankets will be provided, but you may bring your own things if you prefer to ensure your comfort.
