This Workshop Is Not Sew Scary - Beginner Sewist Workshop

This is sewing. Start your sewing journey in this class by facing your fears, building confidence and understanding some sewing basics.

In this class we focus on establishing good habits and techniques that can be transferred to any future sewing projects.

Pete will guide you through a project that you take home at the end of the session. All materials, tools and a sewing machine is provided, just bring yourself! And maybe a friend.

Each month is a different project so you can improve skills with more that one class.

In July and August we are making an apron. It is a fun project to make that is also very useful! You can easily customise it to your own taste and style and you will take it home on the day.

From September we will be making cushion covers.

For the absolute beginner or those with little machine sewing confidence.
