This is sewing. Start your sewing journey in this workshop by facing your fears, building confidence and understanding some sewing basics.

Pete will guide you through simple machine sewing techniques and skills while you make your own Beach Tote, perfect for the upcoming summer!

For the absolute beginner or those with little machine sewing confidence.

Pete likes to sew and Pete likes to help other people to sew.

As a passionate sewist and clothing alterations expert Pete is a great sewing teacher because he has faced many sewing challenges and can share tips and ideas to improve your sewing.

Pete has worked with groups of people for over 20 years in many different industries, sewing instruction being the latest. From primary school teaching to tour guiding Pete has honed his instruction skills and encouragement techniques so that he can work with all abilities to develop and improve their sewing skills.

My unique, eclectic little shop is a workshop venue and a community sewing room which is available while I am open. If you would like to complete any of your own sewing projects, with or without tuition, please ask me about it or have a look at my website for details.
