Move with THISBOWL IN MOTION. Ten years on from our first THISBOWL movement event, we’re proud to say that we’re still here. IN MOTION is our community movement series – move, connect IRL and feel better for it.

The Jungle Body brings high-energy cardio, strength, and conditioning together with bangin' beats in their dance fitness class. Zero dance experience required – just turn up ready to move.

The plan: Meet at The Jungle Body @ Bondi Pavilion at 6:00pm to check in for class at 6:15pm. Once you've danced it out, head to THISBOWL Bondi to (re)fuel together. ~$26 ticket — class + box + bev.
