Thought Leadership Series: Transitions
Our 2025 online thought leadership series features three concise and impactful sessions on the leadership of just transitions:
Just transitions in senior leadership held 15 May 2025
Just transitions in the workforce held 28 August 2025, and
Just transitions in the community.
As senior strategic leaders, we’re all challenged to navigate systemic shifts driven by unprecedented technological and environmental changes. Moving beyond what we’ve learned about organisational change, we need to learn more about how to direct and lead just transitions that are effective, enduring, and equitable for all stakeholders.
Aligned with the 2025 LifeLong Learning Day focused on Australia’s energy transition, the Thought Leadership Series explores the unique challenges of leading just transitions for organisational performance and community advancement. In addition to shifting reliance from carbon-based to renewable energy, organisations also have to navigate transitions associated with the emergence of frame-changing technologies, rising sea levels, and food security, just to name a few. By the end of this series, you will have a good understanding of just transitions and their implications for your organisation’s workforce, senior leadership, and the communities you serve.
