Thread it Together: Cafe Craft Club
Description
Do you love cozy craft days, enjoy being creative and want to make new connections? Then come along to Cafe Craft Club! This Meanjin/Brisbane based event is for anyone wanting to meet fellow crafters while also making progress on a personal project.
Bring along any hand held craft such as knitting, crochet or embroidery (just to name a few!) and spend a Saturday morning chatting with new friends, drinking coffee or tea and eating baked goods!
This event is for any non-messy portable hand held crafts, think knitting, crochet, junk journalling or sketching! Unfortunately crafts that involve a power source such as sewing, or messy materials such as painting are not suitable for this event.
Where: Brisbane North Oasis Hall - 12 Emerald Street, Kedron, QLD 4031
When: Saturday 19th September 10am-12pm
What to bring: a hand held crafty project
What's provided: a cozy setup craft space, selection of hot drinks, sweet treats for snacking and an opportunity to meet new people
Important info:
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes on social media. By buying a ticket you are giving your consent for any photos and videos to be used that you may be included in. If you would like to not feature in any promotional footage please send an email prior to the event or let me know on the day so your privacy can be respected.
A selection of hot drinks will be provided as well as disposable cups, however if you have a reusable keep cup please bring it along with you to help reduce waste!
Tickets will close 12 hours before the event takes place to allow for seating arrangements and dietary requirements to be accommodated for.
*Please note, while this event is held in the hall of North Oasis Church of Christ this event is run independently of the church and is solely a community event with no religious affiliation.

- Is there parking available?
The hall has a designated car park with plenty of spaces for event attendees.
- What crafts can I bring along?
This event is for crafts that are easily portable, do not require a power source and do not use materials such as paint. These crafts may include: knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross stitch, sketching, junk journalling, punch needle, colouring in, paper crafts or anything else that can be easily transported.
- What milk options will be available?
For those wanting a hot drink while you craft, a selection of Full Cream, Oat and Almond milk will be available. If there is a milk alternative you would prefer please feel free to bring it along with you.
- What about dietary requirements?
Before completing your ticket purchase, there is an opportunity to list any dietary requirements you may have so that they can be accommodated.
