Join Jules to learn about the magic of spices and fresh produce and be the ultimate Balinese cook at this hands on cooking class! 
Menu is gluten free and spice level can be modified based on your taste and tolerance. 

Entrée: Sambal Udang - Balinese style chilli prawn

Main: Stuffed calamari - Whole calamari with stuffed with herb and spices, steamed in banana leaves

Dessert: Jaja Batun salak - Rice dumpling in coconut sugar syrup

All meals are gluten free and dairy free
