    Join Jules to learn about the magic of spices and fresh produce and be the ultimate Balinese cook at this hands on cooking class! 
    Menu is celiac friendly and spice level can be modified based on your taste and tolerance. 

    Entrée: Soto Wong – Hearty delicious mushrooms soup using variety of seasonal mushrooms and spices

    Main: Tempeh Tahu Bacem – Braised tofu and tempeh in aromatic spices and herbs

    Dessert: Kolak Sago – Balinese Tapioca and banana pudding

    All meals are gluten free and dairy free
