Join us for a hands-on, flavour-packed class designed especially for tempeh lovers!
In this workshop, Jules will guide you through the traditional method of making your own tempeh from scratch, using both soybeans and adzuki beans. Discover the magic of fermentation and learn how to turn humble legumes into nutritious, plant-based goodness.
You’ll also explore how to pair your homemade tempeh with fresh Balinese spices to create authentic and delicious dishes.

Entrée: Pepes Jackfruit & Adzuki Tempeh – steamed in banana leaves
Main: Sweet & Spicy Tempeh with Black Mushrooms
Dessert: Coconut & Adzuki Bean Cake
