Three of a Kind

Driven together by the death of their single mother, three siblings reunite at their childhood home. Kate is leading a successful career, Chris is studying but unsure of his direction, and Freya never left, caring for their mum till the end.   

Freya readies herself for both the funeral and the reunion with her best friend Riley by her side. While Chris arrives with his latest girlfriend, Vanessa, and Kate has her reliable wife, Sophie. 

At first, the siblings strive to get along, as they must plan the funeral and see it through. The fractured relationships piece themselves together as they reminisce on their childhoods and a world their mother still inhabited. But when the storm brewing outside traps them together, the siblings must confront the storms brewing within. 

Three of a Kind places its pulse on family and illuminates the ways family, both born and found, are drawn together and apart. Amidst the chaos, how do we continue on while clinging to what’s most important? How do we ride out the storm? 

The Sibling’s unfortunate reunion is fraught with tension, but they are reminded of what matters most. They can change where they’re going, but they can’t change where they come from, and at the end of the day they will always be three of a kind.
