Thrift Art Upcycle at Polish American Club

Join local artist Rae Faba for an evening of painting and beer at the (usually private) Polish American Citizens Club! We paint in the large, well lit ballroom and the club will have the bar and kitchen open for all. 

This is a different kind of class. We will have a large selection of "thrift store art" in frames available for you to modify. You can paint over, update and recolour the design, incorporate a favourite character or monster, or even paint over the whole thing and start over! Exercise your imagination, learn how to mount a canvas to a frame and enjoy recycling a "lost treasure!"

Rae will start with an already modified Godzilla landscape and will add a few other ideas as we come up with them! Google "upcycling thrift art" if you want to see some examples.

All painting are supplies included, drinks and snacks are the responsibility of the guest.
