Thrive - Awakening Consciousness

What does life feel like when you crack open your consciousness?

- Awaken your consciousness of mind, body and soul with intentional breath and movement and then be ignited by the vibration of love and sound.

-This workshop will be opened as a co-creative space, for you to land, explore and move your body and breath, as you feel called to.

This is a three-part event.

Part 1 - EMBODIMENT (getting into and moving from within the living breathing physical body) - through specific breath and movement patterns to open energy channels and relax the mind.

Part 2 - LOVE - Experience anchoring your life force by working with the energy under the stories of the mind and generating love from within.

Part 3 - SOUND - Immerse yourself into the vibration of love with a sound bath like no other. The vibrations from the sound bowls will stay in your body for up to 3 days continuing the healing experience.

Leigh Townsend invokes a powerful re-connection to self, fusing breath, movement, mudras and sound, which is felt within minutes. With twenty years experience working with the human body, a passion for bio-energetic medicine and a dedication to Naam yoga, Leigh has fine-tuned her gift that ignites the untapped potential we all have for living and breathing an abundant, love-infused and joyful life.

Anne Barrowman is a channel, psychic, crystal bowl alchemist and communicates with animals. She uses crystal alchemy bowls to activate healing powers.

Kimberli is the creator of the Wildcrafted Wellness Collective. Her passion is to inspire people to live a more sustainable life by connecting with nature. She is a Herbalist, vibrational plant medicine woman and EFT facilitator. She offers sound currents aligned to the frequency of nature.
