We're excited to announce our first Networking Brunch of 2025, and you're warmly invited to join us!

In the past, Holistic Horizons has hosted a series of popular networking breakfasts and brunches at The Komo. This year, we're changing things up and bringing the event to a more central location for our Brisbane Northside friends — Kedron Wavell.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and industry professionals over good food and great conversations.

We’ll also be diving into two important and timely topics:

🔹 Pioneering Safe Medication Administration in SIL Homes
Gary Cadwallender, our Managing Director, will introduce our exciting new collaboration with BestMed and the implementation of an Electronic Medication Management System. Learn how we're transforming medication administration and safety across our Supported Independent Living homes.

🔹 Understanding Dementia: Creating Person-Centred Support
Kate Flanagan, our Aged Care Manager, will share insights into supporting clients living with dementia, including practical strategies, early signs to watch for, and how we’re building dementia-friendly services within the community.
