Sun, 4 Oct, 2pm - 5pm AWST

Description

Kick off our Kepa Kurl Citizen Wellbeing Scientist project with a gentle wander, a little curiosity and some time in nature.

Join us for a relaxed wellbeing walk where we’ll slow down, notice what’s around us and explore how the natural world can invite us into moments of connection and care.

Along the way, we’ll discover micro-moments of self-care — those small, often overlooked moments that can help us pause, reset and build our capacity to navigate everyday life.

What catches your attention? What makes you feel good? What helps you feel connected, grounded or present?

Your observations will become part of our Kepa Kurl Citizen Wellbeing Scientist project, running throughout Thrive Festival as we explore what helps our community feel well, connected and supported.

🌱 Come curious. Walk gently. Notice what matters.

Free event. Bookings encouraged.
