Join us for an electrifying two-hour wellness party like no other at the stunning Mooloolaba Spit! Thrive on Earth presents: Beachside Revitalise, a dynamic fusion of music, movement, and mind-body rejuvenation overlooking the sparkling ocean waters as we soak up that sun!
Begin your morning with a revitalising yoga session led by the renowned instructor MIMI FRIESER
Her expert guidance and inspiring presence will harmonise your body and mind, leaving you centered, balanced, and ready to embrace the day.
Following that will transition seamlessly into a transformative Breathwork experience led by
Jake Thrive plus Ice Bath’s on the beach!!
To top it all off will have Jackson James Kubian Djing & MCing during the whole experience bringing that energy, flavour & feel good vibes as you connect with others and enjoy yourself! Will be turning up after the breathwork into a full fledged beach dance party!

As a coach, instructor and Nike master training plus Lululemon ambassador, she has left an incredible mark on the fitness word.
Jake Thrive
A dynamic breathwork instructor, ice bath facilitator, and DJ. With a passion for holistic wellness and a talent for creating transformative experiences, Jake combines his expertise in breathwork and ice bath therapy to guide you through rejuvenating and empowering journeys
With over 150+ events facilitated internationally for retreats, festivals & companies, Jackson is stoked to bring his energy & skillset to this event. Jackson is growing as a music creator under the name 'JJK Music' with his creative journey encompassing the realms of rap, singing, songwriting, producing, MCing, DJing & dance
