Exploring the THRIVE Open Cohort: A leadership programme for growing organisations

Designed for HR, People & Culture, and Learning & Development professionals in small to mid-sized organisations, NGOs, and mission-driven teams, this session introduces the THRIVE Open Cohort programme (a leadership journey specifically tailored for people in their first year of people leadership).

The THRIVE programme helps new leaders hit the ground running by combining:

• One-to-one coaching

• Peer learning groups

• Masterclasses

• Self-led resources

• Progress check-ins

With small cohorts (usually 3–4 organisations per group), it offers the best of both worlds: cross-organisational learning and tailored relevance to your context.
