We know that this year hasn't been as straightforward as we had hoped, but THRIVE is all about getting back on track! Give yourself the chance to experience a bunch of fun activities which will inspire you to finish the year off strong (and don't let those 2020 planners go to waste!).
No matter what life throws at you, it is so important to allow yourself time to reflect on your year so far, dream and think about any changes you want to make in life or in yourself.
THRIVE allows you to delve into your intentions, goals, values and reflect on your past. Our goal for the THRIVE filled weekend is for you to have a plan which can guide you through the rest of 2020 using all the zest we possibly can!
Teamed up with a helpful, downloadable digital workbook - join us online (or possibly even in person) to delve into this wonderful journey and get started on making the most of the rest of your year!
Did we also mention that THRIVE is run by the delightful psychologist (and founder of The Mindful Collective), Amy Kate Isaacs? That means you get two full days with an incredible psychologist who, with our wonderful psychology students Maggie and Alana, will take you on this journey!
