We are thrilled to announce and welcome at our Thrive - ​Women's Business Community August Event, ​E​mily Lucas, who will be our Co-Facilitator.

Emily is a deeply insightful change and wellbeing mentor, bringing together decades of corporate expertise in IT project management, change management, and business process improvement with a grounded, holistic approach to life and leadership. Her journey has been shaped by her own courageous choices — including career pivots, closing a business, and leaving a marriage — experiences that have refined her deep understanding of how change impacts the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

In our upcoming Thrive session, Emily will lead us through a powerful reflection on navigating life’s changes and transitions. She’ll share practical strategies, empowering mindsets, and new perspectives on how to release what no longer serves us in business or life, and how to move into a space of clarity, authenticity, and alignment.
