Megan is a powerhouse mentor who helps disability service business owners create businesses that light them up rather than burning them out. With a no-nonsense approach and deep industry insight, Megan guides business owners to move from survival mode to a business that provides fulfilment, time freedom, and financial success - without the constant overwhelm.

As a mother to an autistic daughter, Megan truly understands the challenges of the industry and brings both lived experience and strategic expertise to the table. She’s a champion for women in business, delivering deeper service and creating real impact.

Sonia Raco

"You Are Enough: Reframing Your Self-Talk to Thrive"

Silence self-doubt and embrace your worth. Sonia will guide you through reframing negative self-talk so you can show up confidently in both business and life - because when you believe you are enough, you thrive at every level.

Sonia is the founder of Harmony Pathways. As the author of Strong Mind, Fearless Heart and I Am Enough, she brings extensive expertise in counselling, mental health peer support, and life coaching.
