    We are excited to announce the 2024 construction and infrastructure workforce development summit.

    This summit will address the big issues impacting the construction and infrastructure sectors, including the ongoing economic challenges. We'll offer practical insights and tips for the present and future, emphasising resilience, productivity, adaptability, and the importance of strategic planning and looking after your team.

    Thought leaders and changemakers from across the industry, including iwi/Māori and Pasifika business leaders, will share examples of best practice, development of tools, lessons, insights and tips on:

    • building future talent: strategic workforce planning
    • elevating productivity through leadership excellence
    • retaining your top crew: proven retention tactics.

    Summit timetable

    • 8 am Registration desk opens
    • 8.45 am Mihi whakatau and official opening
    • 4.30 pm Summit close
    • 4.30 – 6.00 pm Networking Reception supported by Site Safe.

    Ticket pricing is $300 (excl GST), which includes all Thriving People, Thriving Industry Summit sessions and Networking Reception refreshments. Payment can be made via credit card or invoice.
