Event description

The Southeast Chapter of The Hydrographic Society of America in partnership with the University of South Florida’s College of Marine Science and the Center for Ocean Mapping and Innovative Technologies (COMIT) will host a 2-day lunch and learn event featuring technical presentations and on-the-water demonstrations.

The theme for the event is

”Hydrography – Mapping our Inland Waterways, Coasts and Oceans Using Cutting Edge Technology”

The event will be held at the USF University Student Center Ballroom A, B & C 200 6th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, on Sept 23 9am-5pm (Presentations 9am-5pm and Social 6pm-8pm) and Sept 24 9am-3pm (Water demonstrations).

Individual cost to attend is $150.00, (Students $35 With Student ID) which includes 1 ticket to the event plus am/pm breaks and lunch and evening social on Sept 23 and on-the-water demonstrations on Sept 24.
