The Cultural Diversity and Inclusion 101 (CDI 101) is a leadership program designed to bring everyone into the conversation about diversity and inclusion.

Non-inclusive scenarios arise often, and can be difficult to identify and navigate through, without the right tools. CDI 101 gives you an in-depth understanding of culture, a strong awareness of non-inclusive scenarios and a toolkit to proactively step in, defuse and educate when in these scenarios.

Facilitated by Caleb Maru, an experienced facilitator with over seven years of experience delivering engaging, enjoyable and safe programs.
