Join us at the historic Citadel of Villefranche-sur-Mer for a special UNOC3 side event presented by the Blue Cradle Foundation in partnership with SPREP, IUCN, and Pacific community organisations.
This 90-minute event will showcase the powerful voices and outcomes of the Tiaki Moana Summit and Workshop, held in French Polynesia in March 2025. Through a 30-minute documentary screening and a live panel discussion, Pacific leaders, youth, and ocean practitioners will share experiences and insights on:
– Community-led marine protection
– The potential of Other Effective Area-Based Conservation Measures (OECMs)
– Pacific pathways for global collaboration and equitable governance
