Tidal Flow - Mindfulness and Drawing Workshop with Bonnie and Bernadette

Are you looking for a unique approach to slipping into the creative zone?

Tidal Flow combines the heart opening qualities of cacao with the gentleness of working in line and colour to give you a truely blissful experience.

Our two highly qualified facilitators will assume you may have no experience of cacao, mindfulness or art.

Equally, if you’ve experienced the subtly relaxing warmth of cacao or perhaps played around with line and colour, then you’ll have plenty of opportunity to immerse yourself.

We begin with a gathering of hearts and a cup of warming Cacao, to tap into the creative genius in each of us.

This is followed by a guided drawing and painting experience using the surrounding flora and fauna as inspiration.

All set in the newly appointed gallery garden on the shores of American River.

Adjoining indoor space will be provided in case of unsuitable weather conditions.

Suitable for adults.

Beginners welcome.
