Tidal Moon Concert - Maldon

We are proud to present a special live music house concert located in the delightful home of Jill Findlay in Maldon, Victoria.

As part of their March 2025 tour, Barbara Jeffrey and José Garcia will be performing at Maldon, in central Victoria on Wednesday 2nd of April at 6.00pm (doors open at 5.30pm.  Please contact Jill on 0438 281 408 if you wish to attend.  She can also then guide you to the concert location.

Cash will be accepted at the door.  However, on-line payments may be processed via Humanitix.  If choosing the latter option, please ensure that you also contact Jill directly.  This wonderful host is our local on-the-ground representatives and we are immensely grateful to her.  At the gracious insistence of Jill, a light dinner will be provided.  it is expected that many attending will be familiar with the folk music community and may know each other.  Given these ties, the occasion lends itself to an open jam session afterwards, led by Jose.   In this session, Jose will encourage all to take a turn in leading a song for all to take part in.  There will be a folk music bias.  We can likely expect a few harps to be present.  In contrast to the amplified performance, the jam will be a traditionally styled session, where participation is the key and all participation is fully acoustic in nature, without resort to any amplification.

Prior booking is essential, as it will help immensely with catering and seating arrangements.  We hope you enjoy this evening of beautiful music as much as we enjoy presenting it to you.
