A luxe soiree by the sea.
Over two rare evenings, Maitraya private estate opens for an iconic soiree on pristine lawns, overlooking the wild Southern Ocean. Each night showcases a different stable of local and visiting chefs, who collab to create beautiful canapes laden with local produce. Headliners include Paul Iskov of Fervor, Evan Hayter of de’sendent, Mark LaBrooy (ex-Three Blue Ducks), Amy Hamilton of Liberte and Brian Cole of Hearth. Wine from the best makers in the region will flow. As well as freshly shucked oysters by The Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oyster Bar.
